If you are a non profit organisation, then the Books for Thailand Foundation can help.

In order to receive materials, your organisation must have a library and some capacity to share and account for the books that are selected. Under no circumstances are books to be sold. There may even be grants available to schools and organisations who do not have sufficient funds to travel to Bangkok to pick up the books themselves.
